We collaborated with a leading global sustainable energy solutions company to renovate their dated 40,000 sf office at their Wilmington, NC headquarters. We focused on blending work and lounge across the space, creating areas on a gradient of casual to formal and public to private. The result transformed a tired cubicle farm into a variety of open areas for collaboration interspersed with semi-private zones for focused tasks or small meetings. Flexible furniture arrangements allow employees to adapt spaces to their needs, fostering productivity. Lounge-style elements such as seating nooks and communal areas bridge the gap between formal workstations and relaxed environments. Additionally, vibrant decor and greenery breathe life into the office, creating a welcoming atmosphere that inspires innovation and aligns with the company's forward-thinking ethos.
